We got out early for weather on Thursday, and there was a little bit of a mishap about how Kaden was going to get back to my school from his school. Kaden normally rides back to my building with the kids that go to the after school program. When we get out early for weather, there is no afterschool program, so no need to a shuttle.....except for Kaden. No big deal, the teachers took care of him. A teacher from the elementary drove up and got him and brought him to our building, where he got to eat lunch.
After they ate lunch, they came to find me. She said he is just a hoot. She called him a chatterbox, and said that he is very good with his words. That made me proud. I like to teach him words.
Kaden- You know my friend Nia with all the hair? She annoys me.
Mrs. Barker- Really? What does annoy mean?
Kaden- You know what it means.
Mrs. Barker- I do, but what do you think it means?
Kaden- You know, she like drives me nuts!
